For an inexpensive place to stay overnight, the room was clean I saw no bugs and the bed was decent. Front desk was friendly and courteous. I'm a smoker but got a non-smoking room... even though I said I had no intention of smoking in my room I was required to leave a $50 deposit till morning. This was a nuisance but it also indicated that although the place is older and dated they are vigilant in their upkeep.
Had to visit Kentucky for a family emergency. Location was perfect area for all places I had to go. Easy access from airport. Great rates for nightly stay. Employees were very helpful from making reservations to checking in.
Staff was helpful and friendly. I stayed 3 nights with no real issues. The beds and pillows are in line with similar hotels (medium/low grade). Clean room. This place offers smoking rooms which is nostalgic to me, lol. I didn't know anywhere still allowed it. Near plenty of shopping and food. Offers weekly rates. Overall a pleasant experience. Not a high end hotel by any means but no regrets!
My husband and I stayed here for an extended period. The staff were AMAZING! The rooms were neat and clean. The housekeepers did an amazing job! Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. I would not hesitate to stay here again!! I highly recommended. The price is fantastic for the stay!!
The staff was nice. Rooms were ok. Basically you get what your paying for here. Not the best but not the worst either.
My fiance and I checked in May 2, 2023. We asked for a single. There weren't any so they gave us a double at a single price I'm happy to say we are still here 6 months later management is great most importantly not one bug of any kind has been seen great location clean rooms . Highly recamended
From staying 2 years ago to today has been a 100%turn around on the appearance of the rooms. A very comfortable bed that I did not want to get out of. Free WiFi and cable. Microwave and mini fridge included. New carpet! The atmosphere was perfect for me. I would definitely recommend staying.
All the staff that work here are genuinely caring people that are very kind and clean. I enjoy staying here!!
